GroundHelp lawn care services are provided based on property conditions at the time of service. Pricing estimates may change if the lawn is excessively overgrown, contains debris, pet waste, hidden obstacles, or conditions that require additional labor or equipment.
Clients are responsible for ensuring lawns are accessible and free of hazards prior to scheduled service. GroundHelp is not responsible for damage caused by concealed items such as rocks, toys, irrigation components, wires, or other objects not visible during normal service.
Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns. If delays occur, GroundHelp will make reasonable efforts to reschedule service as soon as possible.
